Having gained over 8 years of experience in the IT industry, and counting, Adam has seen it all. From the time it takes to set up desks, through to tedious cable management, and everything in between, Adam realised it was time to do things a better way, so that’s exactly what he did.

With the troubles of traditional desk set ups in mind, dubbel was designed to include everything you need. All in a single, portable, and foldable workstation that can be set up in 5 minutes or less. Featuring height adjustable mechanisms, two full 24-inch HD screens, a built-in webcam, microphone, speakers, and even wireless charging for mobile devices. It’s more than just a monitor, it’s dubbel.
Prototypes
Perfecting the product
Starting with two standard screens and some electrical trunking, the first sight of dubbel was brought to life. The result? A reasonably neat and semi-portable prototype that Adam worked on from his office at home. But like most prototypes, it needed work, and a lot of trial and error to achieve what we know as dubbel today.
